Details of Participation

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This promotion is sponsored by
Marriott Vacation Club International. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) July 1, 2004 and
ends at 11:59 PM EDT on December 31, 2005. Entries must be received at least three (3) days prior to drawing.
Drawing will be held on or near January 21, 2006. |

WHO CAN ENTER: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the
fifty United States and the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Marriott International, Inc.,
and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and the immediate families (meaning spouses, siblings
and children) and persons living in the same household as any of the above employees are ineligible. Entrants need not
be present to win. Void where prohibited by law. |

HOW TO ENTER: Participants may register for the sweepstakes
at select Marriott hotels, at various retail outlets, at consumer trade shows, in select printed media and
beginning on or about July 1, 2004 at www.4marriottmillions.com. Only one entry
will be accepted per household. Incomplete entries are not eligible. In the event of a dispute regarding
the identity of the individual submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the individual in
whose name and/or e-mail the account is registered. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will
not be acknowledged or returned. |

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing
conducted by Sponsor on or about January 21, 2006 from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be
notified by mail on or about January 30, 2006. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned as
undeliverable, or if a winner is disqualified or otherwise determined to be ineligible or declines to accept
the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing within 10 days of the date winner is determined
to be ineligible. Alternate winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements. If an alternate winner for a
specific prize is disqualified or determined to be ineligible or declines to accept the prize, prize will be
forfeited and no further alternate winner drawings will be held. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number
of eligible entries received. |

WHAT CAN YOU WIN: One Grand Prize Winner will receive 2,000,000
Marriott Rewards points and 2,000,000 Miles from their choice of participating airlines and $5,000 in Hertz
gift certificates redeemable for Hertz rental cars. The winner will get their choice of either
American Airlines AAdvantage miles, United Mileage Plus miles, Delta SkyMiles, Northwest Airlines® WorldPerks® or
Hawaiian Airlines® HawaiianMiles. Miles cannot be broken up into more than one airline. Winner must choose only one airline. Miles will
be deposited into the winner's chosen frequent flyer account six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the prize winner has
accepted the prize.
If winner does not have a frequent flyer account, the winner will be responsible for opening an account with the
winner's choice of airline. Participating airlines may find it necessary to change their program rules, regulations,
travel awards and special offers at any time without notice. Participating airlines travel awards, mileage accrual
and special offers are subject to governmental regulation. The approximate retail value of all prizes is $47,000.
Taxes on all prizes are the responsibility of the winner. |

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one prize per household. If winner is a
U.S. resident, he/she will be issued a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize. Liability for
all federal, state or local taxes and any fees, insurance, or other costs or expenses associated with the prize are
the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution except by Sponsor due to
prize unavailability. |

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Potential Grand Prize winner will be required
to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release
within 15 days of notification. Non-compliance with this time period or return of prize notification as undeliverable
may result in disqualification and one alternate winner will be selected. If winner is not of age of majority in state
of residence, prize may be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission
to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further
compensation unless prohibited by law; and winner agrees to sign and return any document requested by sponsor for such
purpose. Winner’s' travel companions (if applicable) will be required to sign a liability release prior to traveling.
If companion is a minor, signature of parent or legal guardian is required. By participating, entrants (a) agree to
these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its agents which shall be final; (b) agree to release and
to hold Sponsor and its directors, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims, liability and damages
arising out of their participation and the acceptance and use of prize; and (c) acknowledge that the Sponsor has
neither made, nor is, in any manner, responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed
or implied in fact or law, relative to the prizes. |

DISCLAIMER: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to
or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions
of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of Sponsor to receive entry information on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not
responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing
or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes, or for mail that is late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete,
illegible or postage-due. If this promotion becomes technically corrupted or compromised due to any of the foregoing
factors or non-authorized human intervention, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate sweepstakes
in its entirety or to select winner from all eligible entries received prior to the termination. |

NAME OF WINNER: Name of winner will be available thirty (30) days
after the sweepstakes drawing at www.4marriottmillions.com.
