| Perched high upon a bluff overlooking the Pacific, Marriott's Newport Coast® Villas captures the opulent style of Newport Beach. The masterfully designed resort offers two-bedroom, two-bath villas with balcony, living and dining areas, and full kitchen.
Though we will do everything possible to ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible, please know that heavy construction will be in process through 2009. Hours of construction will be from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Construction located near the 3800 & 3900 buildings is slated to end April 2008.
